Q1: Are you accept small orders?
A1: Yes, in order to get more orders and give our clients more convenience, we accept small order.

Q2: Can you do OEM for me?
A2: We accept all OEM orders, just cantact us and give me your design.We will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP.

Q3: Can you do design for me?
A3: We have experienced designers, according to your requirement, we can add your company logo, website, phone number or your ideas…on product. Just give us your ideas, let us do it for you.

Q4: Can you supply me samples?
A4: Yes, we can! Some items are free, but some one will charge you sample fee. You can contact us for details confirmation.

Q5: When can I get the quotation?
A5: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation, please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regart your inquiry priority.

Q6: What’s the shipping way?
A6: Regarding the small quantiy order, we can send them by Fedex, DHL, TNT express which we have 35% discount and the large quantity goods are shipped by ocean shipping according to client’s demands.

Q7: Are you a manufacturer ?
A . Yes , we have our factory with 4 assembly line and more than 800 worker . We also have more than 20 years of exporting shoes to foreign market .

Q8: What is your moq ?
A . Nomally , Our MOQ depends on your amount .

Q9: Delivery time ?
A . For samples , we will finish it within 7 days . For mass production , our delivery time is 35-55 days .

Q10: What is your Payment terms ?
A . We accept western union , T/T , and alibaba trade assurance payment . If you worried about the payment , you can choose alibaba assurance payment , it will be protected your money and delivery time and quality .

Q11: How to keep the quality ?
A. We have QC team , two parts , one is in the factory to control producing , another will control the quality and inspect the goods for our customers . Once everything is ok , our doucuments department can book the vessel , then ship it .

B. We have all detailed records for nonconformity products , then we will make summary according to these records , avoid it happen again .

C. We do observe the relevant codes of conduct & laws from government in environment human rights and other aspects like no children labor , no prisoners labor and so on .
